Chiropractor Jennifer Loose D.C.

Crystal Lake Chiropractor, Dr. Jennifer Loose, began her career in natural health and healing in 1998 when she became a certified massage therapist through the Institute of Massage and Wellness in her hometown of Davenport, Iowa.

Growing up in the community where the chiropractic was founded over one hundred years ago, it was only natural for her to become fascinated with the profession, and desire to know the secrets of health and healing without drugs or surgery. Jen went on to graduate from the renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic as one of the youngest chiropractors, at age 23.

Beyond her doctorate degree, Dr. Jen has undergone extensive ongoing training in advanced techniques for correction of the spine and to resolve challenging joint issues in areas such as shoulders, elbows, hands, hips, knees, and feet. Additionally, she has several wellness certifications that she utilizes in her lifestyle coaching, and she is a care partner with the Cancer Treatment Centers of America collaborating with medical teams to provide patients with a holistic approach to healing.

Dr. Jen enjoys sharing that she was "born to be a chiropractor", as she coincidentally shares a birthday with the chiropractic profession, September 18th, the date that the first chiropractic adjustment was administered.

Dr. Jen spends her time edible landscaping (organic of course!), and is a raw food enthusiast. She also appreciates water sports in all forms from surfing and wake boarding to snowboarding and her lifelong passion of figure skating.

She happily resides in Johnsburg, IL with her husband John, and their two daughters, Lilah and Penelope.
